Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry
Fast enough for a weekday and considerably better than ordering something that arrives mostly composed of sauce.
Ingredients

| Lean beef strips | 300 g |
| Cooked brown or white rice | 300 g |
| Broccoli florets | 300 g |
| Carrot, thinly sliced | 1 medium |
| Neutral cooking oil | 2 teaspoons |
| Low-sodium soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
| Rice vinegar | 1 tablespoon |
| Honey | 2 teaspoons |
| Fresh ginger, grated | 2 teaspoons |
| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Cornstarch | 1 teaspoon |
Preparation
- Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and two tablespoons of water.
- Heat one teaspoon of oil in a very hot pan. Cook the beef quickly, then remove it.
- Add the remaining oil, broccoli, carrot, and a splash of water. Stir-fry until just tender.
- Return the beef, pour in the sauce, and cook for another minute until glossy and thickened.
- Divide the rice between two bowls and add the stir-fry.
