Training notes

Excellent easy run, 10k without any stops. total 1h17m, followed by a 1km cooldown walk. I’ms lowly nailing down the 10k route to optimize it for time in the morning, otherwise I have to wake up earlier if i’m doing longer mornign runs on Monday.
