Recipe Description
A very simple mix of tasty stuff that is packed with protein and does down smooth :)
Ingredients

Cottage cheese (5%) | 250g |
Protein Isolate powder | 35g (one scoop) |
Powdered peanut butter | 26g (two servings) |
Cocoa powder | 8g (one teaspoon) |
Preparation
Mix everything in a bowl. I add all powdery stuff one at a time which makes it easier to mix. There is no need to add any additional liquids which would make it all too runny. Sweeteners are optional and should be added to taste (i often add a bit of maple syrup).
When it comes to protein isolate powder I generally use the non-flavored one, but any flavor will be fine since cottage cheese is very neutral, and the powdered peanut butter only adds to any flavor. I tried this with chocolate and with banana flavored protein isolate and it was pretty good. Neutral is still my favorite.
Another nice addition can be 20-30g of dark chocolate chips. I personally use a local brand with no added sugar. What ever you decide to add mind the total calories because the whole mix is calorie dense to begin with.
