Light morning gym in the hotel. 15 minute stationary bike, 10 minute treadmill, a short core set and some general weight work for shoulders, chest and legs.

Training notes

Taking it easy in the morning since there is a lot of sightseeing planned for today on foot. Acropolis, the ancient Agora, and probably a museum or two.
